2. Exchanges for Sizing or Damaged Products
2.1 If you receive a product that is damaged or if you require an exchange for a different size, we are happy to assist.
2.2 Exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact).
- The request is made within 3-4 weeks of delivery.
- Proof of purchase and evidence of damage or size issue (e.g., photos) are provided when requested.
